What to include

So we can help on the first reply, tell us:

  • The email address on your account
  • Which tool you were using (Live Photo, Animate Old Photos, Photo Dance, or Talking Photo)
  • What you expected to happen, and what happened instead
  • A link to the video, if one was generated

Common questions we can settle quickly

A generation failed. Credits for failed generations are refunded to your balance automatically. If your balance looks wrong, send us the approximate time it happened and we will check.

Billing, invoices, or a refund. See our Refund Policy, then email us with the receipt or the email address you paid with.

Deleting your account or data. Email us from the address on the account and we will remove it, along with the photos and videos tied to it.

Press, partnerships, or a bug you would rather report privately. Same address — say which one in the subject line.
